All major credit and debit cards are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Currency

  • All orders are processed in EUR (€).

  • If you are paying from another country or currency, your bank or provider may apply a conversion rate and/or an international transaction fee.

Payment Processing

  • Your payment is captured immediately at checkout, after the order is confirmed.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details right after a successful payment.

  • If the payment is declined by your bank or payment provider, the order will not be created.

Security

  • All transactions are processed over SSL-encrypted connections.

  • We use secure third-party gateways (such as Stripe/Shopify Payments and PayPal) — we do not store your full card details on our servers.

  • Some banks may require an additional authentication step (3D Secure / OTP). This is normal and increases payment safety.

Fraud & Verification

To protect our customers, Marchier may manually review or cancel orders that are flagged as suspicious (e.g. mismatched billing/shipping details, repeated failed attempts, or high-risk locations). In such cases, we may contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

  • All refunds follow our Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used in the original order.

  • Refund processing time may vary by bank or provider (typically 3–7 business days after approval).
